CURRENT ISSUE: CHAT APP
We have just done a major tech upgrade to our Chat system.This has made our chat service more stable and reliable. If you find that the chat is not loading properly or does not allow you to initial calls etc (and you know you are entitled to the service), please do the following:
1. Clear your browser's cache
2. Select "All Time" as the time range
3. Check off Cookies, Cached Images and Files, Content Settings, Hosted App data

You do need to clear your browsing history and saved passwords.
Alternatively, consider using a different browser for a few days.
